User and Maintenance ManualWarnings ManualDRIFT EVO II is the new top-of-the-range full-face helmet from Caberg dedicated to the most demanding touring with sporty and modern lines!
After the success of the previous Drift Evo model in production until 2023, Caberg has designed and created a completely new helmet with a fiberglass shell but also with a Carbon shell to further reduce weight.
The shell is produced in two sizes, a small shell for sizes from XS to M while the large shell for sizes from L to XXL, to offer a valid balance between comfort and helmet volume. The rear spoiler gives a sporty design improving the aerodynamics of the helmet keeping it stable even at high speeds.
DRIFT EVO II is equipped with a scratch-resistant external visor and for all versions the anti-fog Pinlock Max Vision 70 lens is included in the package.
The newly designed visor mechanism is simple and intuitive to use for the replacement/cleaning phases of the visor, furthermore thanks to the tilting operation of the visor mechanism the adhesion of the visor with the edges of the shell is guaranteed. To avoid accidental visor opening at medium/high speeds, DRIFT EVO II is equipped with a central lock with a button to open the visor. This solution also allows the visor not to be completely blocked at low speeds, leaving a small air passage. DRIFT EVO II is equipped with an integrated DVT (Double Visor Tech) sun visor that can be easily operated even with gloves using the lever on the left side of the helmet. The ventilation of the DRIFT EVO II is entrusted to two air intakes on the chin, two air intakes on the front of the shell and 4 air extractors in the upper and rear part and to a channeling system in the internal shell that guarantees a significant intake of fresh air but also the extraction of hot and stale air. The interiors are made with breathable and hypoallergenic fabrics completely removable and washable, the cheeks are equipped with quick release even when the helmet is worn through the red tape placed on the cheeks themselves for safe and quick removal without compromising the conditions of the motorcyclist, they are also shaped in the upper part to facilitate the entry of glasses or sunglasses. The closing buckle of the strap is double ring.
For the new ECE 22.06 approved DRIFT EVO II, Caberg has developed an electronic device inside the helmet, CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID, which allows the helmet owner to enter their personal and medical data and emergency contacts via their mobile phone and the NFC technology that all phones are equipped with. In the event of an accident or illness, another person or a rescuer can help the motorcyclist in difficulty by simply bringing their phone close to the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID logo on the helmet, view the medical information and send an SMS with the position of the motorcyclist in difficulty to the emergency contacts.
DRIFT EVO II is designed to house the Caberg Pro Speak Evo communicator which allows you to communicate with your mobile phone, with your passenger and offers the bike to bike solution up to 200m. You can also connect it to a GPS and listen to music through your phone or an Mp3 player. To ensure maximum safety, DRIFT EVO II has passed all the tests required by the ECE 22.06 regulation, even with the communicator mounted inside the helmet. DRIFT EVO II is offered with a fiberglass shell in the colors Matt Black and Glossy White, as well as three graphic versions, Jarama, Horizon and Crok in various color combinations and with both glossy and matt finishes. DRIFT EVO II with a Carbon shell is offered in the version without graphics with a glossy finish, as well as two color versions, DRIFT EVO II Carbon Nova Red and DRIFT EVO II Carbon Nova Grey, both with a glossy finish.
WARNING: This helmet cannot be used in the USA and Canada. The helmet has been approved according to the European regulation ECE/ONU 22.06 and therefore its use is permitted only in the countries where the regulation ECE/ONU 22.06 is in force. The models may vary, as they are not available in all countries. Caberg reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes deemed necessary due to the state of the art or to homologation needs.
