If you choose to use our click and collect service, your details will be used to process the order. These details will be used to proce ss the order. These derails will be shared with the chosen dealer. Feridax will only store data that is necessary to process the order. We have agreements in place with all the click and collect dealers to ensure they only use data for the intended and specified purpose.
Extended warranty
If you register your product for extended warranty, we will store your data for 2 years and one month in order to be able to fulfil any warranty claims. After this time your details will be erased. The personal data we store includes: your name, email address, address and postcode and your phone number.
