RETURNS
Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all purchases made on our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. You’ll need to include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Our customer service team will provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Pack your item(s) securely and include the RAN provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
